What is Asdeh Suites?
Asdeh Suites is the direct-booking site for serviced suites run by Asdeh Group in Malaysia, with properties in Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, George Town (Penang), Cheras and Ampang. Every suite is a verified, self check-in apartment you book and pay for on asdehsuites.com.
Why book direct instead of through an online travel agency?
Booking on asdehsuites.com gets you our lowest rate, because no third-party commission is added. You deal with the operator directly for changes, questions and your access code.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in opens at 3.00 PM and check-out is at 12.00 PM (Malaysia time). Late check-out may be available on request and may carry a fee.
How does self check-in work?
Your access code is sent to the phone number on the booking on the morning of arrival. There is no front desk to queue at — go straight to your suite.
Can I book for tonight?
Yes. Same-day bookings are accepted until 11.30 PM Malaysia time; after that the earliest available check-in is the next day.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 7 days before check-in for a full refund, less payment processing fees. Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before check-in for a 50% refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours, and no-shows, are not refundable. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 working days.
How do I pay, and what currency are prices in?
Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include service charges unless stated otherwise. You pay online by card through Stripe when you book; your reservation is confirmed once payment clears and a booking reference is emailed to you. Malaysian tourism tax, where it applies, is collected separately at check-in.
Are pets, smoking or parties allowed?
No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the suite or building, parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours run from 10.00 PM to 8.00 AM. Pets are not permitted, except registered assistance animals.
Can I change my booking dates?
Date changes are subject to availability and any difference in rate. Contact home@asdeh.com with your booking reference.
Can an AI assistant book an Asdeh suite for me?
Yes. AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can search our suites, check live availability and prices, and give you a pre-filled booking link through our public MCP endpoint at https://asdehsuites.com/api/mcp. You confirm the details and pay securely on asdehsuites.com.
