Privacy policy
Last updated 14 August 2026. This policy covers the asdehsuites.com booking site, operated by Asdeh Group Sdn Bhd.
What we collect
When you book a suite we collect your name, email address, phone number and stay dates. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor, Stripe — they are never stored on our servers.
We also record basic usage data: which pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and the approximate region your connection comes from.
Why we use it
- To confirm your reservation and send booking correspondence.
- To issue smart-lock access codes for self check-in.
- To handle refunds, disputes and damage claims.
- To meet Malaysian record-keeping obligations for short-stay accommodation providers.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with our payment processor (Stripe), our property management system, and the building management of the property you have booked. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and audit requirements. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent. Account data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@asdeh.com and we will respond within 21 days.
Cookies
We use functional cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your saved suites. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings, though signing in will no longer persist between visits.
